Les producteurs de Bellini sont Claudio Mangione et Gottfried Engels (qui ont aussi produit Zhi-Vago).

Leur musique est principalement de la samba remixée à la sauce dance. En France, c'est surtout le tube Samba De Janeiro qui s'est fait connaître — grace à un sample entêtant de Belo Horizonti par The Heartists.
