In 1948 he founded the MAC (Movimento Arte Concreta, or Concrete Art Movement) together with Monnet, Soldati and Munari.
In 1954 he took part in the Italian section of the ESPACE group together with Munari, Monnini, Reggiani and Veronesi.
Dorfles lives and works in Milan.
