[[Jan Willem Geerinck]] (born in [[Sint Niklaas]], [[Belgium]], [[1965]]) holds a Master's degree in Dutch, English and Spanish translation and is currently a teacher of Dutch in Antwerp. He is the webmaster of several websites and debuted as a writer in 2011 with ''[[De geschiedenis van de erotiek: van holbewoner tot Markies de Sade|De geschiedenis van de erotiek]]'' (2011). He has three daughters.
