Opicino de Canistris (Lomello, 1296Avignon, post 1352) was an Italian writer and miniaturist.

Nel 1323 divenne parroco a Pavia e nel 1329 entrò alla corte pontificia di Avignone divenendo l'anno successivo scrivano della Penitenzieria Apostolica.

Oltre ad alcuni opuscoli, del de Canistris ci sono giunte diverse opere, tra cui:

  • De praeminentia spiritualis imperii, un trattato politico
  • Liber de laudibus civitatis Ticinensis
  • Descriptio universi coelestis pubblicato nel 1927 con il titolo L'anonimo ticinese
