The composition was covered in 1981 by Class Action on Sleeping Bag Records's first single (with mixes by Morales and Munzibai and Larry Levan, and reworked for many Todd Terry tracks starting with the 1988 [1] on Fresh Records.

It added the sample "What we're gonna do right here is go back, way back, back into time," taken from "Troglodyte" by the Jimmy Castor Bunch.[2]
