Alexandre Louis Schanne, né le 22 décembre 1823 à Paris où il est mort le 13 mai 1887, est un peintre français.

Alexandre Schanne était fils d’un négociant fabriquant de jouets dans le Marais. Quand il mourut, Alexandre Schanne prit sa succession. Il fut peintre, musicien, graveur et poète . Il a fourni à Murger le modèle du Schaunard de La Vie de bohème
