Anita Pointer (1948 – 2022) was an American singer-songwriter, best known as a founding member of the vocal group the Pointer Sisters.
She was the lead singer on many of their hits, including "Fire" (1977), "Slow Hand" (1981), and "I'm So Excited" (1982).
