Balthus Through the Looking-Glass is a 1996 documentary film by Canadian filmmaker Damian Pettigrew. It features the artist filmed at work in his studio and in conversation at his Rossinière chalet. Shot over a 12-month period in Switzerland, Italy, France and England, the film captures the painter's unique vision and extraordinary lifestyle.
