"Beat Dis" is a track by British act Bomb the Bass, a studio production formed by producer Tim Simenon, from the act's album Into the Dragon. It, like other hits such as "Pump Up the Volume" by M|A|R|R|S and "Theme from S'Express" by S'Express, was consisted of samples.
The single was very successful in the United Kingdom, peaking at number two on the UK Singles Chart. It reached #1 on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart for one week and was Bomb the Bass' only chart hit in the U.S.
