Bizarre Sex (Kitchen Sink Press, 1972) was a successful underground comix anthology, influenced by science fiction comics. Its artists were Denis Kitchen and Richard "Grass" Green, one of the few African American comix creators. Bizarre Sex was one of the series deemed obscene in 1986, and subsequently defended by the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund.
