Caroline Ducey (born Caroline Trousselard in 1977, Paris) is a French actress.

She is best known for her controversial role in Catherine Breillat's 1999 film Romance, in which she performs several explicit sexual acts, including, apparently, coitus with pornstar Rocco Siffredi.
