Professor Chris Baldick (born 1954) is a British academic currently teaching at Goldsmiths College, University of London. He is widely read for his work in the fields of literary criticism, literary theory, and literary terminology. He is the son of Robert Baldick, noted Francophile and former Fellow of Pembroke College, Oxford.
