In Roman mythology, Fauna is an alternate name for:

  • Bona Dea, was a goddess of fertility, healing, virginity and women, also known as Marica
  • Ops, a fertility deity and earth-goddess of Sabine origin
  • Terra (goddess), the goddess of the Earth
