Frits Spits, pseudoniem van Frits Ritmeester (Eindhoven, 19 januari 1948), is een Nederlands radiomaker en televisiepresentator. Spits was 45 jaar getrouwd tot zijn vrouw in mei 2018 overleed, hij heeft drie zonen en woont in Laren.
