George Seaton was an American playwright, film director and producer. His 1962 film The Counterfeit Traitor is mentioned in Jean Streff's Le Masochisme au cinéma. This film is about Erick "Red" Erickson (1899-1983), a Swedish oilman who spied for the OSS in Germany during World War II.
