«Personally, I'm interested in books that have a theme rather than a plot; one that is impossible, or that is excessively tough, to summarize.»

Giorgio Manganelli, (born November 11 1922 in Milan, Italy, died May 28 1990 in Rome) was an Italian avant-garde novelist and critic. He was one of the leaders of the Avant-garde movement in Italy in the 1960s.
