Humani Victus Instrumenta (Instruments of Human Sustenance) are the informal title of two engravings of presumed lost works of Giuseppe Arcimboldo, one on the art of cooking, one on agriculture. Both were published in the 1560s by Giovanni Camocio.

Humani Victus Instrumenta: Ars Coquinaria[1][2] (1569, Art of Cooking) is an engraving of a lost work by Giuseppe Arcimboldo. The engraving is attributed by some critics to Carlo Urbino and by others to Giovanni Camocio.
