Insult to Injury is a 2003 artwork by Jake and Dinos Chapman, a "remixed" set of etchings of Goya's The Disasters of War by adding funny faces and the like.
Adding insult to injury means adding harm, especially verbal, added to another, usually more substantive harm.
As a protest against this piece, Aaron Barschak threw a pot of red paint over Jake Chapman during a talk he was giving in May 2003.
