Irshad Manji (born 1968) is a Muslim Canadian author, educator, and advocate of a reformist interpretation of Islam. Manji is also a well-known critic of traditional mainstream Islam, described by Clifford Krauss on 4 October 2003 in The New York Times as "Osama bin Laden's worst nightmare".
