Valerie Jill Haworth (15 August 1945 – 3 January 2011) was an English actress.

Haworth was born in Sussex. She was fifteen years old when she appeared in her first film Exodus (1960) under contract to Otto Preminger, for whom she also worked in the 1965 film In Harm's Way. She appeared in films throughout the 1960s before moving to television appearances.

She played Sally Bowles in the original Broadway cast of the musical Cabaret (in 1966).

She died of natural causes.
