Joachim Neugroschel is an Austrian-born English translator based in New York. Winner of three PEN Translation Awards, he has translated the works of great writers from the past Moliere, Maupassant, Proust, Kafka, Mann, and present day authors such as Tahar Ben Jelloun. His credits include 200 titles. Joachim Neugroschel is well known for his translation of works of Yiddish literature.
