Junior Delgado (born Oscar Hibbert, 25 August 1958, Kingston, Jamaica — died 11 April 2005, South London, England) was a reggae singer, famed for his roots style.

In a 30-year career, Delgado recorded with the likes of Lee "Scratch" Perry, Sly and Robbie and Dennis Brown. [1]

Death

His spokesman said the death had been unexpected but was believed to have been from natural causes. He was survived by his widow Janet, and seven children.
