Jan Brueghel the Elder, Flower Still Life [1], 1603. Brueghel was an innovator of the flower still life genre.

Jan Bruegel painted his Large Milan Bouquet[2] (1606), claiming that he painted it 'fatta tutti del natturel' (made all from nature) and he charged extra for the extra effort.
