Les Aventures de Jean-Foutre La Bite (1986) is a novel by Louis Aragon.

Its protagonists are metamorphic genitalia, one is a penis who, among other characteristics envelops his balls in a ragged plaid blanket, then there is la Comtesse de la Motte who has a vagina where normally the nose and mouth would be, she wears a kind of sombrero and hides her hands (which are two cute assholes) in a muff.
