"Method of this work: literary montage. I have nothing to say only to show" is a dictum by German philosopher Walter Benjamin, from the Arcades Project (1927 - 1940).

Its original German text reads: "Methode dieser Arbeit: literarische Montage. Ich habe nichts zu sagen. Nur zu zeigen."
