Michael Weingrad is an American scholar and professor of Judaic Studies. He received his B.A. from Yale and his M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Washington. He has been a Fulbright Scholar at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. From 2000-2003 he was the Montague Burton Fellow in Jewish Studies at the University of Leeds, England, after which he was a Starr Fellow at the Center for Jewish Studies at Harvard.

Dr. Weingrad teaches and researches modern Jewish literature, history, and culture.
