In Roman mythology, Nona was the equivalent of Clotho in Greek mythology. She, along with Decima and Morta formed the Parcae (Roman) / Moirae (Greek). Nona was also referred to as "Ninth", the Roman goddess of pregnancy. She was called upon by pregnant women in their ninth month when the child was due to be born.
