"One for the Trouble" (Atlantic, 1994) is a composition by A.D.O.R. produced by Marley Marl.

It samples "Quit It" (1975) by Nat Adderley; "Spoonin' Rap" (1979) by Spoonie Gee; "Living Together Is Keeping Us Apart" (1973) by Clarence Reid and "Vapors" (1988) by Biz Markie.

It has been sampled extensively in later songs, most famously on "Renegade Master" (1995) by Roger "Wildchild" McKenzie.
