Pee-wee's Big Adventure is a 1985 film directed by Tim Burton and written by Paul Reubens, Phil Hartman, and Michael Varhol. The original music score is composed by Danny Elfman. The film was marketed with the tagline "The Story of a Rebel and his Bike." Pee Wee's Big Adventure remains one of the few films to attain a "100% fresh" rating on Rotten Tomatoes.com.
