Pierre-Yves Trémois (born in 1921 in Paris) is a French visual artist and sculptor. He is known for evocative works drawing in equal proportions on surrealism and science illustration, and for combining graphic precision and rigor with flamboyant fantasy. According to André Malraux, "Trémois possesses truthfulness which transcends the time."
