Pierre Angélique is a pseudonym used by Georges Bataille for such works as Histoire de l'oeil (1928) and Madame Edwarda.

It is important to recall that Thomas Aquinas was known as Pere Angelique, the angelic father or doctor angelicus.

Bataille wrote a Summa Atheologica, its title parallels Thomas Aquinas's Summa Theologica.
