Quatre siècles de Surréalisme, L'Art fantastique dans la gravure is 1973 an French language art history book edited and published by Pierre Belfond , with a preface by Marcel Brion. It features notes on the illustrations by Aline Jacquiot.

The work is focused on surrealism avant la lettre in masterprints. It features 216 reproductions of artists as diverse as Bracelli, Jamnitzer, Charles Méryon, Odilon Redon and Félicien Rops.

Quatre siècles de Surréalisme was republished as Edward-Lucie Smith's The Waking dream: Fantasy and the surreal in graphic art, 1450-1900 in 1975.
