Repentance is Lee "Scratch" Perry's 54th studio album released in 2008. It was co-produced by Andrew WK with guest spots from Lightning Bolt's Brian Chippendale, Blondie's Chris Stein, Moby, Gumball's Don Fleming, Current 93's David Tibet, Matisyahu bassist Josh Werner, and artist/adult entertainer Sasha Grey. It came out on August 19 from Narnack Records. Repentance marks the first release as part of Narnack's new distribution deal with Lionsgate. The single Pum-Pum is a reference to the sexual slang word for vagina in early 20th century British and Patois.

In 2006, Perry met "king of party music" and television personality, Andrew W.K. at SXSW, forging a friendship bolstered by mutual artistic appreciation. In 2007, Perry invited Andrew W.K. to co-produce his upcoming full-length album, "Repentance".
