Straight Life is a soul/funk influenced jazz album recorded in 1970 by the trumpeter Freddie Hubbard. It was recorded in between the more well known albums Red Clay (1970) and First Light (1971), however it is considered to be one of Hubbard's finest recordings as a leader.
