Can someone who understand these ideas explain them?
- What the heck are they talking about?
- Why is this important?
The only thing I can make sense of, is the citation from Rudolf Christoph Eucken, in the full text regarding the Real.
But as for the rest of the description of "the Real," and almost all of the descriptions of "the Imaginary" and "the Symbolic," are almost total gibberish to me, -- and I wonder if even Rudolf Christoph Eucken would be able to make sense of them, based on the text given.
Now, I can't very well improve an article that I can't even understand -- can someone take these meager offerings -- I mean these questions -- and help me (and, I believe, others,) understand these ideas and their import?
