The Execution of Lady Jane Grey[1][2] (1833) is an oil painting by French painter Paul Delaroche which depicts Lady Jane Grey about to be beheaded.

It is currently housed in the National Gallery in London. The painting portrays, erroneously in some regards, the moments preceding the death of an already blindfolded Lady Jane Grey.

She had been proclaimed Queen of England on July 10 1553, only to be deposed less than two weeks later and executed in 1554.

Jane is sometimes known as the "Nine Days' Queen" or the "Thirteen Days' Queen" due to the brevity of her reign.
