The Language of Pattern: An Enquiry Inspired by Islamic Decoration (1974) is a book published by Thames and Hudson. It was co-authored by the same group responsible for the Islamathematica exhibition: Keith Albarn, Jenny Miall Smith, Stanford Steele and Dinah Walker.
