Victor Ieronim Stoichita (Bucharest, June 13, 1949) is art history professor at the University of Fribourg, Switzerland. He is the author of Visionary Experience in the Golden Age of Spanish Art (1995), and co-author of Goya: The Last Carnival (1999). He is married to Anna María Coderch.
