Madarász Viktor (Csetnek, December 14, 1840-Budapest, January 10, 1917) was a Hungarian romantic painter.

He served as a soldier and later lieutenant in the Hungarian Revolution of 1848 (1848-1849). He later lived in exile and studied painting in Vienna and with Léon Cogniet in Paris.
