What's on a man's mind[1] is an anonymous caricature of Sigmund Freud which summarizes his philosophy of the male libido, as "man thinks about sex all the time."
However, it is a popular misconception that men think about sex every seven seconds. In reality, this has not been measured, and as far as researchers can tell, this statistic greatly exaggerates the frequency of sexual thoughts. In 2011, the myth was debunked by Terri Fisher of the Ohio State University.
