Andy Paley is a noted record producer and musician who has been active since the early 1970's. His work includes stints as a producer for such noted musicians as Madonna, the Ramones, Jonathan Richman, Brian Wilson and Jerry Lee Lewis.

He was also involved as a producer, performer and composer for parts of the soundtrack to the movie release of SpongeBob SquarePants.

Andy Paley is also a musician and singer who in the 1970's toured extensively and released an LP with his brother Jonathan, The Paley Brothers.

More recently he wrote the musical score for Season One of Showtime's The L Word.
