Unter Höhenkammliteratur, auch Hochliteratur genannt, versteht man die anerkannte, in Schule und Wissenschaft als hochstehend angesehene Literatur. Darunter fallen u. a. die Klassiker.
Der Begriff wird als Gegensatz zur Trivialliteratur (Schemaliteratur) verwendet.
