Kattendijkdok-Oostkaai 12 is an art nouveau building on the Kattendijkdok-Oostkaai. It was designed by Xavier Hanson in 1907 for Aimé Manceau who worked for Jaenicken-Manceau.
In 2024 it was acquired by Wendy Saunders and Vincent de Graaf. They showed Yorgos Maraziotis in their first exhibition.
