Koen Roggen (1964, Koen Kampioen) is an Antwerp musician and cook. He designed sleeves for some New Beat releases in the late 1980s.

As a cook, he was learned the trade by Pirre Pluymers.

He is best known for his interpretation of In C (1964) by Terry Riley.
